Edith has over 17 years’ experience in managing international, regional and local development organizations in Africa, where she has held senior leadership and program management responsibility and managed large amounts of donor funds.
Pearl Development consulting targets development Oriented organizations and corporates in Africa. The consultancy was born out of a need that she identified while working at various international and regional development organizations, where she realized that many development oriented organizations needed more than target focus; they required to focus and position their organizations correctly in the areas they operate to acquire best results at organizational, program or project level. She therefore set the organization to abet organizations to identify and customize sustainable, implementable, measurable and cost effective practical solutions” to make a lasting change and impact in Africa especially for women and children.
